Mittman & Liebman Associates has been providing quality legal representation to residents of Bucks and Montgomery Counties since 1970.

Norman Mittman and Stewart Liebman graduated from college in 1967 and were trained accountants.  They met at Villanova Law School and following their graduations in 1970 began the practice of law.  Mr. Mittman first practiced as an Assistant Public Defender and Law Clerk to Montgomery County Orphans’ Court Judge Alfred Taxis.  Mr. Liebman went into private practice in Philadelphia.  Both stayed in touch and shortly thereafter decided to form a partnership in Lansdale, Montgomery County.

As the practice grew Mr. Mittman resigned his positions in the Public Defender’s Office and with Judge Taxis, in order to devote his full efforts to the firm.  Mittman & Liebman flourished and in 1982, Stephen Skrzat joined the firm.  A longtime Lansdale resident and graduate of North Penn High School, Steve made an immediate impact on the firm and the quality representation available to firm clients.

In order to continue the high level of quality services to which Mittman & Liebman clients had become accustomed, in 1985 the firm moved to its current location just outside of Lansdale, at 593 Bethlehem Pike – Route 309, in Montgomeryville.  The new office building built by the firm enabled the attorneys to better serve their clients through the use of larger conference rooms, plentiful parking, easy accessibility, and a larger law library.

Today Mittman & Liebman Associates continues to provide the Bucks and Montgomery County communities a high level of representation unsurpassed by any other firm.  The firm and its lawyers have been recognized by various organizations as providing superior legal services and this level of expectation guides the lawyers at Mittman & Liebman in everything they do.
