The firm provides aggressive representation in drunk driving cases, drug cases, major crimes, sex offenses and all other criminal and motor vehicle matters. Clients are represented at both the local and county levels in all stages of prosecution. The criminal attorneys have years of experience in negotiating with police officers, probation officers and the District Attorney’s Office. One attorney worked as an Assistant District Attorney, and one partner worked for many years as an Assistant Public Defender.
In the area of Workers’ Compensation, representation is provided for injured workers who have been denied benefits to which they are legally entitled, and for those whom insurance companies are attempting to stop or modify benefits. Services are provided on a contingent fee basis so that there is no charge to the client unless the case is resolved successfully.
